Priyanka Chopra wants Shahid Kapoor on the world tour

Priyanka Chopra has been confirmed for her Anjaana Anjaani co-star Ranbir Kapoor’s world tour. Now, she wants someone special to join her. Do we need to give out his name? PC is reportedly in talks with the organizers of Ranbir’s global tour to invite Shahid Kapoor as well. He’s her neighbour, her man of the moment. Of late, the duo have started showing up together, leaving the media agog, but a confirmation from their side hasn’t been forthcoming. Recently, Priyanka was seen accompanying Shahid in his new Land Rover when they drove in to attend a Dabangg screening. Now, as things have changed for better, Priyanka wants to be with Shahid and has also recommended his name to Ranbir for the world tour. As a source is quoted as telling a tabloid, “She wants Shahid on the show. That way they can spend time together.” It’s no secret that Shahid is a good dancer and is excellent when it comes to performing on stage. Ranbir has apparently liked the idea of Shahid on the show but whether Shahid would agree to be part of the tour which belongs to Ranbir is yet to be seen. The tour is planned for mid 2011 and will travel to about 16 nations around the world.

Shahid upset with Priyanka-Ranbir kiss

Do you doubt Shahid Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra are dating each other? Here we have something that might change your mind. It is reported that Shahid is unhappy with Priyanka kissing her co-star Ranbir Kapoor in their upcoming release Anjaana Anjaani.

The film is a Sajid Nadiadwala production and is directed by Siddharth Anand. In the film there are two instances where Ranbir and Priyanka are seen kissing each other. People who have seen the film say that in both the scenes the actors are very intimate to each other and share very passionate kisses.

According to sources, Priyanka's rumoured boyfriend is very upset with the intimacy that his girl shares with Ranbir on-screen.

The source added that the kisses were not part of the script earlier and was added later during the US shoots. The kissing scene was the decision of the director Siddharth Anand to show the growing intimacy between the two strangers in the film. The scene was shot only with the cameraman, director and the light man present there on the sets. The rest of the crew were kept away from the set as the actors were uncomfortable shooting the scene in front of fifteen other people.

Last week Priyanka and Shahid were spotted watching Dabanng late night at a suburban multiplex. It is reported that Shahid and Priyanka were discussing Anjaana Anjaani that night, when the hunk got uneasy on hearing Priyanka talking about Ranbir.

Well, that's something very interesting! It is also said that Priyanka had sent some gifts to Shahid from Brazil, where she was shooting for Khatron Ke Khiladi 3.

Shahid Kapoor dangling: Prayers on lips of Priyanka Chopra

Priyanka Chopra is egging darling Shahid to join the world tour of Ranbir Kapoor (that takes place in mid 2011) coz she desires his company but apparently, Shahid may have to disappoint Priyanka. After all, Shahid has his own professional commitments and what with his dad’s ‘Mausam’ in the pipeline, Shahid may have to shelve the idea of the world tour.

  "Shahid is being repeatedly offered to be a part of the world tour with Ranbir. But due to his Mausam release and Sajid Khan’s film shoot he has declined the offer," informs his representative.

However, the organisers of the tour are still optimistic of his nod and are keeping their fingers crossed. Shahid Kapoor’s inclusion shall, certainly, add a zing to the musical tour coz of Shahid’s impeccable dancing skills and plethoric talent. His rippling body looks awesome when he taps his foot and shakes his stuffs. Shahid had even paid homage to Michael Jackson in the last Filmfare Awards and he was, simply, breath taking in his robotic break dance.

Besides, his star value also makes him a priceless catch for the producers. A world tour is all about stars and with Katrina Kaif and Priyanka Chopra already assured to join Ranbir Kapoor, Shahid’s entry shall, certainly, make things much more magnetic. And none will be happier than girlfriend Priyanka whose lips are quivering in silent prayers.

Priyanka, Shahid fly off to Goa

On second thoughts, it is beginning to seem as though Shahid Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra are announcing to the world that they’re back together as a couple. First, on her way to Brazil to shoot for Khatron Ke Khiladi, Piggy Chops failed to evade the paparazzi at the airport, after being dropped there by Shahid. And now, she has done something even better. The actress took off for a day-long trip to Goa with boyfriend Shahid, oblivious of our watchful eye of course.

Priyanka left for Brazil on August 16 and retuned to Mumbai on September 8, in the morning. A source says, “Soon after she returned, the couple planned to leave for a short one-day trip to Goa. They left on September 9 and could spend only a single day in Goa, as Priyanka had to leave for Delhi the very next day. And post that, Priyanka’s Anjaana Anjaani promotions were to start.”

An eyewitness reveals, “Shahid and Priyanka took a 12 pm flight. The flight number was 9W-475 and they both were seated in the business class section. They were with each other throughout the flight. Both Shahid and Priyanka were dressed in casuals. Priyanka had her trademark leather jacket on. Both were wearing their dark glasses throughout the flight.”

Imagine the couple thinking: so what if the paparazzi spotted us? We’d put our shades on to blind them out. Nice.The source adds, “They spent quality time together after almost a month of being away from each other.” Apparently, Priyanka was back in Delhi the next day, walking the ramp for one of the brands she endorses, almost as though this little rendezvous in Goa was too short to have happened and hence could be wished away. Priyanka and Shahid didn’t revert with comments but for now, we’ll just let them be.

Shahid Kapoor was born in Mumbai on 25 February 1981 to actors Pankaj Kapoor and Neelima Azeem, who divorced when he was three years old. His father married the actress Supriya Pathak. He has a brother Ruhan and sister Sana as well as a step-brother Ishaan.

Shahid and Kareena Kapoor, his long term girlfriend broke up just before the release of Jab We Met and since then he has been linked with several actresses like Amrita Rao and Vidya Balan. Shahid Kapoor and Kareena’s kiss was caught by a phone cam and created a controversy. He was also supposed to be dating Priyanka Chopra.
