Priyanka, Shahid fly off to Goa

On second thoughts, it is beginning to seem as though Shahid Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra are announcing to the world that they’re back together as a couple. First, on her way to Brazil to shoot for Khatron Ke Khiladi, Piggy Chops failed to evade the paparazzi at the airport, after being dropped there by Shahid. And now, she has done something even better. The actress took off for a day-long trip to Goa with boyfriend Shahid, oblivious of our watchful eye of course.

Priyanka left for Brazil on August 16 and retuned to Mumbai on September 8, in the morning. A source says, “Soon after she returned, the couple planned to leave for a short one-day trip to Goa. They left on September 9 and could spend only a single day in Goa, as Priyanka had to leave for Delhi the very next day. And post that, Priyanka’s Anjaana Anjaani promotions were to start.”

An eyewitness reveals, “Shahid and Priyanka took a 12 pm flight. The flight number was 9W-475 and they both were seated in the business class section. They were with each other throughout the flight. Both Shahid and Priyanka were dressed in casuals. Priyanka had her trademark leather jacket on. Both were wearing their dark glasses throughout the flight.”

Imagine the couple thinking: so what if the paparazzi spotted us? We’d put our shades on to blind them out. Nice.The source adds, “They spent quality time together after almost a month of being away from each other.” Apparently, Priyanka was back in Delhi the next day, walking the ramp for one of the brands she endorses, almost as though this little rendezvous in Goa was too short to have happened and hence could be wished away. Priyanka and Shahid didn’t revert with comments but for now, we’ll just let them be.
